Can not delete environment nor cluster in the account

I have 2 environments and I couldn’t delete any of them as it always says there’s deployment queued however there’s no deployments going on. I also couldn’t delete the cluster because it depends on these environments.

could someone help deleting and cleaning these environments and the cluster in my account.

It seems someone from my team deleted AWS resources manually from the account that’s why it is stuck in qovery.

FYI, redeploying the cluster unlocks the situation.
