Random Deployment Error using Qovery CLI on Github Actions

ISSUE
Random Deployment Error when there are multiple parallel deployments running on GitHub Actions and deployment is in Info: waiting for previous deployment to be completed... state then some of the deployments just randomly fail.

HOW TO REPRODUCE
It is hard to reproduce but the issue mostly happens when there are multiple deployments running
