I recently noticed that I have multiple links displaying for my service. I’m not really sure of the difference or which link I should be using as both links seem to work.

This part is in re-work and for now it is not very clear what each link is corresponding to what.
To answer you, the main url is the one starting by z37xxx, and after we generate a link for each public port, where we prefix the url with the port name.
So in your case
p80-z37xxx is the url for the public port 80 of your application
and z37xxx is the main url for the default port of your application.
In your case you have only 1 public port, there is no difference between the two.
Again this part is in re-work UI side, and it will be clearer in the incoming weeks.
