Do you have a way we could connect Qovery to a GitHub enterprise repository? I was wondering what the best way to do this would be (fork, etc).

Can you confirm that you use their GitHub Enterprise cloud offer? If yes, then you can connect your GitHub Enterprise repository as a traditional GitHub repository with Qovery. However, you might need to use our GitHub app integration. You can take a look at our documentation on how to install it.
If you are using the GitHub Enterprise on-premise offer then you might need to integrate Qovery with our CI integration.
