Since yesterday our deployments are failing with an error “Invalid container registry information”. We are deploying from Git so this is most likely related with the registry Qovery is using to store the builds. This is happening on BYOK Scaleway cluster. What does this error mean?
Hello,
I am going to take a look at it.
I have identified the issue and made a quick change to unstuck your environment.
I am going to release a proper fix, but as you are using a self-managed cluster, you will need to update the version on the engine installed on your cluster.
I am letting you know in this thread, when I made the fix and you need to update.
Hello,
I’m getting the same issue, could you pleasse look at it ?
It’s on a managed scaleway cluster
Many Thank

Hi,
We’ve the same problem, initially all our deployments failed by beeing stuck on : 🍄 Checking Cloud provider credentials are valid
.
We then tried to update cluster credential to be sure we didn’t invalidate / changed them on our side.
Now the cluster refuse to update with: Invalid container registry information
Our cluster is a production managed cluster, and we cannot deploy anything for the moment
Once the fix is deployed, what will we have to do @Erebe ?
Hello,
The fix is released, you should be able to re-deploy your environments on scaleway clusters.
If you are using self-managed cluster, you need to either run qovery cluster install
to update the engine version, or update it yourself to the image tag version 658148c
@prki
Thanks @Erebe, we deployed the new version and will monitor the situation.
