Datadog Integration log - determining source POD

Hello,
we integrated Datadog with our Qovery cluster as per the documentation below:

We have two nodes running our web server and several additional nodes running background workers.
Looking in Datadog, I am unable to tell based on the service Ids that are displayed in Datadog which process is running on the pod in question.
Is there a way to attach a friendly label or tag to the pod so this information can get sent over along with the log information?
