After reading this thread Manual Trigger for Preview Environment doesn't start - #11 by Erebe I figured why my preview environment would not trigger after leaving a comment. It all has to do with what bitbucket is doing to the comment qovery leaves for the command
As you can see, it thinks it’s a commit the first part. After looking at the webhooks events, I noticed this
So if I copy the qovery command outside my browser in a textfile and then post the comment with the command, the markdown formatting is lost from the original copy and paste. So I’ll leave this for anyone who encounters this issue that the comment would not trigger the preview environment.
