How to point promtail deployed within a cluster, to send logs to an external loki? For example to grafana cloud.

Sadly this is not possible at the moment, we don’t allow to customize promtail. At best you can deploy your own promtail configured as you need/want.
Hi @am0s , to complete the response from @Erebe, to deploy your own promtail you can use Qovery Lifecycle Jobs to deploy Helm Charts. Here is a guide explaining how you can do it with Kubecost as an example.
