Add support for t4g instance types

Need support for t4g instance types.

Describe here your issue
The t4g instances are exactly half the price of t3 instance types, it just doubles our cost if we have to be forced to use t3 type. The price difference is significant not to add support for t4g types.

Also t4g are arm64 based instances which we need for certain applications.

Please consider this as an urgent request on what the way forward is?

actually Qovery doesn’t support arm64. Please feel free to add it in our road map, this is how we prioritize new features.
