The website break down.

I haven’t pushed code, or done the deployment. The website is running for a long time. But today i found the The website broken down.

For now, there is deployment error for the app. It shows as following:

Hello, we’re sorry for the issue. We were having some problems yesterday morning. It should be all good after you restart the environment.

The environment isn’t fine. After restarting my nodejs app, the system shows the following error message. Now the website still down. Thanks.

@gordon518 could you send me a link to your app? I can’t find the project unluckily.

You stopped my nodejs app hosting, and asked for giving back now. So i have deleted my nodejs app in your hosting space, and moved to azure.

I think I have the same issue. Planning to create my own instance in AWS ATM. My node apps are running for long time and suddenly stopped working since yesterday without any changes. No matter how many times I restart no luck. Very bad that I missed my investor demo today.

Hi,

This issue is old and not relevant anymore. If you encounter issues, please look into your application logs, it’s generally full of useful info.

There are no reasons why your apps suddenly stop but an application crash. Correct me if I’m wrong but I think the issue you’re talking about is related to this one: Unable to connect using qovery shell - #2 by Pierre_Mavro.

If it’s not the case, can you please give more info, so I can help you.
