Hello,
today our product sends automatic emails to the organization owner when the deployment fails for any environment within the organization.
This has been useful for small organizations but, when you scale up and have tons of environments running, it becomes impossible to manage. Plus the notifications are sent to only one user making her/him (and the mail account) the bottleneck.
Before investing in a configurable notification system, we have decided to decommission these notifications for non-production environments.
If you still need notifications for failed deployments on non-production environments, please refer to our webhook system and slack integration.
