Regex for environment variable

I am trying to deploy Apache Airflow in a Qovery cluster. For that I have set up a custom image and then creating applications for each service of airflow. I need to set an env variable called _AIRFLOW_DB_MIGRATE and others as explained at Entrypoint — docker-stack Documentation.

however, when i try to set these variables, I get an error
