Environment variables not available within application?

How to pass args to dockerfile

I have frontend application that needs specific environment variables running in a docker container I need to pass the args to the dockerfile so it can be used at build time, could you point me in the direction on how you do this with qovery? The environment variables don’t seem to be passed into deploy command when using Github Actions
