Cluster update fails

One of our clusters fails to upgrade with the following message:

CreateError - Helm timed out for release promtail during helm UPGRADE: Error: UPGRADE FAILED: an error occurred while rolling back the release. original upgrade error: context deadline exceeded: release promtail failed: context deadline exceededrelease promtail failed

How can it be fixed?

We have upgraded the version of promtail to include the fix on CPU and memory load contained in 2.9.4
Could you please update your cluster and let me know if you still have the issue?
