Standard cluster update notification

Context

We are working on upgrading clusters to kubernetes 1.29.
In this context, we are upgrading qovery deployed helm charts to be compatible with kubernetes 1.29.
We are also pushing minor changes improving the overall product.

Update Details

The following updates and new features will be applied:

  • AWS clusters zones fixing typo in zone UsEast2A => "us-east-2b" to UsEast2A => "us-east-2a"
  • Prometheus-adapter chart from version 4.9.0 to version 4.11.0
  • Kube-state-metrics chart from version 5.15.2 to version 5.25.1
  • Metrics-server chart from version 3.11.0 to version 3.12.1
  • Set Karpenter resource limits and requests to 1vCPU and 1Gi
  • Remove un-used eks_access_cidr_block for AWS EKS
