My services won't auto deploy

All our services were working fine and deploying one week ago, now it wont deploy. We are stuck with an urgent fix that needs to be released.

Also, I just saw the new pricing model, and we were originally on a free plan then a 79$ paid plan which we had to move away from. We can move to a self managed clsuter but I need to know what to do about the services that are not deploying and if we are locked in.
