Rules for the Questions and Answers section

The Questions and Answers Section shall be used to ask any question about the Qovery product, including any problem you might find during your daily usage.

Request format

Questions should include some basic information so we can best help you:

  • The URL of your environment/cluster/organization (starting with console.qovery.com/… )
  • Clearly describe what you need help with
  • What programming language and version are you using
  • What OS are you using
  • What databases are you using
  • The content of your Dockerfile if you use one
  • Any other useful link

Material to look at before opening a post

Requests prioritization & average time to answer

The Qovery team answers to the topic opened within this forum in a FIFO mode, meaning that the oldest post is the one getting the first help (no matter your product subscription plan or the severity of your request).

The average time to answer is around 1 to 2 weeks, if you run production workloads we definitively suggest you to subscribe a support plan (contact us on Intercom if you want to know more)

Misc

  • Posts are automatically closed 7 days after a message has been flagged as Answer in the thread.
  • And remember, we want to help everyone as much as we can, and we are thankful to other community members who can also help answer questions. We want to build a great community and that starts by following the give/take principle of giving back what you receive.
