i installed node.js on qovery, node.js server is working, but can’t find ffmpeg.

You are making a discord music bot, you dont need to install ffmpeg on qovery instance🙂
If you REALLY need it, you can install ffmpeg into your application container if you use Docker. There are plenty of guides describing how to use Dockerfiles, e.g. Best practices for writing Dockerfiles | Docker Documentation
